We have a manager who is so far out of his depth he is drowning. There are no lifebelts to save this guy, other than Roman deciding he will put up with him as to dump him now would be losing face. It was a massive error taking this clown on. To say he is tactically naive is a massive understatement. He does not know how to change the game. He plods on for the 90mins with no tactical changes. The players don’t wnat to play for him. lamps doesn’t get on with him – and that’s a first. We won’t finish in the top 4. No ECL footie next season. I am very upset about that. If we don’t get that then I hope we get 7th. I don’t want the europa cup.
