We went to Los Caracoles again. It’s just in the next street from Flaherty’s. We had a table for 8 and we all enjoyed out meals immensely.
I has pil pil prawns to start. They were the king prawns done in the terracotta dish, sitting in a hot garlic & chilli oil. Wonderful.
To follow I had suckling pig. I need say no more other than it was absolutely mouth-watering.
After a couple of cold beers we had some 2006 Pasqaul de Laroche to wash it all down.
A wonderful meal.
Then back on the sauce at Flaherty’s.
