Terry got man of the team in the Metro this morning – 8/10. He did play well.
He hasn’t got the pace anymore, and he had little to begin with – but he did the job. Lescott was good next to him.
Johnson played really well but does get caught playing them onside (3 times) and can run into trouble.
Ashley Cole is always an 8/10. But the the penalty he’d have been joint top player, in my opinion.
Parker went awol in the 2nd half, but his spent energy in the first half is what gave us control for those 25 minutes.
Milner is a waste of space. Nothing more to say.
Young, wellbeck, walcott carroll were all poor last night, and rooney was absolute shit.
