I’d like to see B’ham & Blackburn go down at the weekend.
B’ham is a shithole. Have never liked them, either. Blackburn can take their indian chicken factory to the championship as well.
Wigan have played football this season, unlike other lessor teams, who hoof and/or try and get a throw in so to ustilise them as corners. Wigan have few fans, yet they plod on with all the effort and still play football. The chairman is a credit to the game. Martinez is also a good guy, and listening to him on the radio this morning he grew on me more. He sounded quite confident for his stoke game on Sunday as well. They have no away support, and nor can they fill their fairly small home ground, but I’d still like to see them stay up.
Blackpool also deserve to stay up. They have led in so many games but just can’t sit back and defend it. They were 2-0 up against the mancs, as well, but the inevitable happened. Holloway is a breath of fresh air as he says it how it is. They were unlucky with all the attention on Charlie Adam as since the end of Jan his form fell back. But he looks better now – it would be good if they can get a win at OT on Sunday as a draw would see them still behind Blackburn (if Blackburn lose). If they get a point at OT and Wolves lose then Wolves are under them.
Wolves deserve to stay up as well. They have played good footie for a good part of the season, and have been unlucky on numerous occasions. Macarthy is not my cup of tea, but he also speaks as he finds it and maybe deserves a bit of luck this time.
Just my opinion, although mathmatically it would be difficult for all that to fall in place, and Blackpool need to win at OT to overtake Blackburn, so that’s unlikely. But would be nice to see Wigan & Blackpool stay up, as well as Wolves. B’ham & Blackburn to go down in my ideal world. just my opinion.
